This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Pro QR Scanner mobile application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement and App Store rules.

2. Subscription & Payments

The App may offer an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features such as:

• Unlimited QR scans
• All QR templates
• Advanced customization tools

Payments and renewals are handled entirely by Apple. You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or copy the App
• Interfere with the App's security features
• Create fraudulent, harmful, or malicious QR codes

4. Ownership

All rights to the App, including software, design, and content, belong to Pro QR Scanner.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using the App at any time.

7. Changes to the Agreement

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
